General Comments
| I don't usually pay to have my car washed because I generally do it myself. However in this particular instance I decided to go to the Chamois to get my ride looking good for the winter and was blown away. The service was friendly and accommodating and the job they did was impeccable. There was a lot of customers but I was surprised at how fast the line was. I will definitely be going back next time I need my car washed. | |

| Been to to the waverly location 3x in last year. All 3x they somehow forgot to vacuum the back of my van, even with the seats folded up. Go to there website and see, they removed there customer satisfaction survey, that pretty much sums it up. All 3x i complained not once did they offer me a free pass or anything, just "oh, sorry, pull up and will vacuum it for you". Useless, lazy employees there. Dont waste your money, go to midtown instead. | |

I've visted the Waverley location 2 times now and been disappointed. The car wash itself was fine but any detail job that they do is very poor. I bought the gold package and my back seat was never vacuumed, which was obvious and a monkey could do the equivalent job of the detail given on the inside of the vehicle. I called the manager and told him my back seat never got vacuumed. All he said was to come back, but not wait in line, and someone would remedy that. However I wasn't about to drive 10 min to go back for a job that should have been done in the first place. Not impressed. |

| The 850 Waverley location damaged my brand new car and refuse to fix it! I have been treated like a liar for pointing it out. I have since heard from dozens of people who've had the same experience. Go somewhere else before the same thing happens to you! I had been a long time customer and not minded the occasional paint chips they removed but now they've damaged my glass and I don't have strong enough words to describe how poorly they're treating me. Everyone else tells me Mid town is much better. I wish I had known how Chamois treats honest, loyal customers like me in the face of a problem. I would never have used them. | |

| The pricing packages are actually very reasonable for the service and job done. The Manager even took my vehicle into another area to re-vacuum to make sure it was up to par. Very efficiently structured to minimize wait times. Overall, very impressed and will go again. | |
