General Comments

Went to buy a new car and put down a conditional offer on a vehicle "upon the sale of my old vehicle" They took my deposit and refused to return it because I was taking my business elsewhere because of price and the fact that my old vehicle did not sell... Of course I gave them the opportunity to buy my old vehicle at a great price.

End of story they gave me a big guilt trip and I had to walk through a show room of disgruntled commissioned workers before returning my money. But not before being threatened to be taken to court and having to write the Manitoba Car Dealer association a long letter. All of this took about a month to have my deposit returned.
