General Comments
i used to go to Sydney's on a regular basis but Segovia is a place where you want to go every week. I love the open kitchen, and or course the food.
This is a great choice for a special occasion, date or just a nice casual night out with friends. They have a diverse Tapas (spanish appetizers or small meals) menu with many spanish-inspired dishes. It's a lot of fun to order a variety and share. Also, a great Spanish wine list. I'm not usually a fan of Spanish wines, but I actually found some I like here.
