General Comments
employees really know ther stuff. very knowledgeable about all paint problems,
i would recommend this store to anybody without hesitation. i got a color match done there for my exterior. i left it for two days and it was exact, it saved me a ton of money and time not having to repaint every thing.
I went into the store buy the same paint that I previously purchased from them a 1 year before. They could not find the paint color that was written with a sharpie on the lid. After 1/2 hr of fumbling to figure something out, I suggested a color match, they said no problem hopefully it will be done by the end of the day - it's 11 am on a thurs. 6:30 rolls around, I have to call them and they tell me it will only be done by monday!!??? what the heck? I picked up the paint can, brought it to Rona and the teenager did it for me in 5 min, and was a perfect match. Never going there again!
