| On her last visit, my mother-in-law was asked to hand the receptionist a card when making her next appt. She did so and the appt was made. Today, she went in for her 2:30pm appt and was seen at 3:45pm. When the doctor saw her he said he couldn't see her today as she was only scheduled for a 10 min appt. He asked if she gave the receptionist the card, which specified a 20 min appt, and she said yes. He told her that she needed to make another appt and couldn't help her today. Every time she goes to the doctor she waits at least 40 min to well over an hour to be seen. She lives 35 minutes from the doctor's office and needs to be driven to the appointments as she doesn't drive and there isn't any bus service. I ask you how is it ok to wait 1 hour 15 minutes and then by told that you have to come back for something that wasn't your fault???? He should have had the courtesy to see her and deal with his staff. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE????? |

| I had gone here before, so i do not want to mention who did the extensions...but they were the absolute worst. They use this tape method, which is bulky, and the actual extensions get tangled, and are dry. I ended up taking out after 2 weeks, and went somewhere that did fusion method...what a waste of money. | |

| Found the service horrible. I spent 45 minutes trying to purchase some gifts. First to find someone was a challenge, who then disappeared. When I found a salesperson they were more worried about registry at their store (and quite arrogant). I don't care, I am purchasing the gift that I know I want. Then they didn't know where the stock was, then to tell me their display was the only stock and I can pick it from there. I confirmed with the sales person she wanted me to take apart their beautiful display, she said if you don't I will. I proceed with my items to the counter, to be advised they have no boxes to put my breakables in. By then I had enough and walked out. Ended up purchasing it somewhere else.! | |

| MTS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How many times have I been over charged or told nothing can be done for me, even though I've been a loyal customer for over 18 years? Just recently had to switch TV service over to Shaw, about to switch cell phones to Rogers... just disgusting. | |

Went in to the walk-in clinic right when it opened and was pleased to see that there were only two patients ahead of me. I did wait just shy of two hours because the patients who came in after me were all appointments and I understand that I'm a first time walk-in so they will get to me when they can. That being said, if I had gone to my usual clinic, waiting for three to four hours would be typical and the one doctor would rush me in and out, barely explaining anything and just prescribing antibiotics. However, the doctor I did see was very attentive and patient. Although I was only in because of a bad flu, she asked me to describe my symptoms in detail, from onset to present. She then confirmed that it definitely was a particularly bad flu strain; when I mentioned that I have a history with respiratory infections, she did some further examinations before confirming that it was neither an infection nor was there any other condition exacerbated by the flu. She then explained that what I was doing was good (keeping hydrated, getting lots of rest, etc), talked about flu facts in general, and then told me (with a smile) to hang in there, because I've gotten over the worst of it. :) The reception staff was professional and polite and the clinic itself looks very new and clean. I appreciated that the waiting area actually spanned two areas because it's always struck me as unhygienic to pack in a bunch of sick people like sardines. Several patients came in with children and there was ample room for them to walk about and not bother others. Overall, a very positive experience that makes me wonder why the hell I put up with my previous clinic for over fifteen years! I will definitely be coming to this clinic in the future. |

| Had a mani pedi done, the worst I have ever had and I can do better myself. The lady doing the service was more concerned about looking at the clock insteed of my nails. NEVER get nails done here. | |

| I had a good time with Betty, who was great, not sure who did my hair, but it was okay...lasted the night, and had some cute color extensions put in. My problem was with the pedicure, I ended up with a nail problem from the dirty equipment, and the girl was sick and coughing all over the place! She had a mask, but wouldn't wear it. My mani/ pedi was shellac or some other semi-permanent system, and it didn't last 1 night! Three nails were kaput by the next day. Not worth the money/time trouble. When I phoned the next day, they said there was nothing they could do that I wouldn't have lost/broken them with "normal" wear and tear. So basically, too bad, so sad. Wouldn't go there again. | |

We had our wedding at the Transcona Country Club last week. The previous posters couldn't be more wrong! Leanne was such a great help with everything. Not only did they just install brand new flooring and bathrooms in my hall, but she told me that they had done some pretty extensive changes to their menu. I could not have had a more pleasurable experience and I think it's the cheapest compared to any other place that we looked. I HIGHLY recommend the Transcona Country Club. Our guests are still raving about it! |
