General Comments

MTS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How many times have I been over charged or told nothing can be done for me, even though I've been a loyal customer for over 18 years? Just recently had to switch TV service over to Shaw, about to switch cell phones to Rogers... just disgusting.
Would You Recommend to Friends?	Never!

General Comments

Good coverage, especially for those who travel a lot in Manitoba. I have the student plan and it's overall pretty good. But the biggest shortfall is their selection of phones, which I guess is to be assumed when they are a small fish in the same pool as Rogers.
