Canada Post promotes their VentureOne division for small businesses. Great concept as small businesses need every break they can get when starting up. But the online registration for this service was PATHETIC!

General Comments
Took 5 attempts to get my application through with their online registration. When it finally went through - the confirmation slip said CONGRATULATIONS your account is active and is ready to use. I went to use it the next day - card number invalid. Called customer service and they said the confirmatin slip needs to be changed to say allow 36 hours before using. I tried to use their electronic shipping tool software and the site crashed TWICE. Phoned support and they said their site has been down off and on for the last 4 days. Never seen it this bad! Not alot of confidence that the 5% discount on certain things will be worth it in the end.
