General Comments

CD Muckosky took our newborn and maternity pictures over 18 months ago and has yet to deliver us any actual pictures. While her images are beautitul (she's sent us a few proofs after months and moths of begging), they are covered with her copyright watermark so we can't print them. She rarely returns phone calls or e-mails and often refuses to answer the door or the phone. This has been the most stressful, heartbreaking situation for us. We have found her extremely difficult and unprofessional to deal with in terms of actually recieving the product we contracted for. I'm beginning to come to the conclusion that I will never recieve the pictures of my newborn baby (who is now over a year and a half). We've also discovered we are not the only customers she has done this to. Please take our experience and find another photographer.
