General Comments

Although Colin seemed to know his business and offered some good advice and tips, he acted like I was wasting his time because I didn't supply him with proof I'd been pre-approved for a mortgage upon our first meeting. I told him I'd been pre-approved and getting a letter would be no problem, but after showing me one house, he returned none of my calls. Too bad for him, I ended up purchasing a house for double the price of that one house he showed me.

Colin is very friendly and worked tirelessly to help us find our first home. I couldn't recommend him enough.
